How about a man's card for a change!

Afternoon all...
As the title suggests...I have a man's card to show you today! This golfer is taken from a lovely set of stamps designed by Clare Curd...
There is also a handyman with a Toolbox and a Fisherman...

I'm never sure how to make men's cards interesting so I thought that once I had the topper made and layered I would make it like a photo hanging on the wall.

I used a copper heart brad and some twine so it looked as though it was hanging from a picture rail...
The colours were chosen for the Colourcreate Challenge which is 'Mint, Chocolate and Cream' and the My time to Craft Challenge is 'Make it manly'.

I have another night of writing to finish my last NVQ Unit. I have a meeting with the special needs co-ordinator in the morning and in the afternoon my assessor is coming to take my file away to go through and check my work.
I am desperate to stay at home and get some more cardmaking done and I fancy a bit of sewing as well.
Thanks for dropping by...please leave me a little comment on your way out♥

  1. Really like the way you've made it like a frame,Sally....works brilliantly....always hard to think of those finishing touches for men's cards.
Hope you manage to get all your NVQ stuff finished.
