Craft fair and another christmas card...
Hi all...hope you had a good weekend.
I set up my cards at a craft fair on Saturday and here are some pictures for you.
There were quite a few other card makers there and we were a bit squashed in on top of one another. Pheonix cards opposite and behind me was a lady who was selling her cards for £1...so I was pleased to come away with a profit after I paid for the table!
Not sure if I will do many more of these as it's quite a lot of hassle setting up and then sitting around for a few hours. Probably do one more in December and then do a sale at home.
So onto my card for today...Wild Rose Studio Millie! Hope you aren't too fed up of her?!
This time in traditional red and green colours.
I'm entering this card into The Ribbon Girl Challenge#2..Red and green. It isn't essential that you use ribbon but they would love to see some if you can. Crafty Creations Challenge also have a colour theme this week...Red Green and Brown so my little Millie bear is just right.
So we are off school for the week..I certainly need to catch up with some housekeeping! Hope to do some blogging as well and have more cards to show you!
Thanks for popping by!xxx

Meet the team...
Hello all...
I was up this morning finishing off an order that has been on my desk in various stages for a couple of weeks now....
As soon as my friend saw my new Wild Rose Studio stamp she wanted me to make cards for her sons football team...so here they are ,all 17 of them.
This little fella is just great for our footie mad guys and can be personalised so well. I printed off the greeting and their names as well so she would know who's is who's. I am entering these cards into the CES challenge which is to make a male birthday card.
My voice is non existant today(too much gossip last night) so I am inside watching tv and having lots of hot tea.
My daughter has just baked some yummy fairy cakes for us.
Have a great weekend...pop back soon..xxx

I love Promarkers...Cupcakes!!!!
Hi all. Thank Crunchie it's Friday!
I have been struggling all week with a sore throat and runny nose. Feeling better tonight as I have some girlfriends over for a chinese and a few drinkies! Over at the I love promarkers challenge the theme is 'Cupcakes' so Fergus is out again.
Coloured with promarkers, of course, Wild Rose Studios, Fergus and his huge Cupcake!
I carried on with the bunting as I am loving it...and added some red organza ribbon.
Background paper also from Wild Rose Studio.
I've put my name down for a stall at a local Craft fair next Saturday and am panicking that I haven't made enough new cards...is it too early to buy Christmas ones...I may bring that box out as well ,only 10 new ones made so far!
Not had any spare time recently...
Good news though as my contract at school has been extended until March and then I guess it's going to be all about the budgets!
Must away now to light some candles and clear away the kids tea things ready for a girly gossip!!! Thanks for popping by....

Colourcreate that cupcake, Fergus!
Phew...hello there! I made it back here!
Everyday I thought I would find the time...but anyway, here's a card for you!
Wild Rose Studios Fergus and Cupcake stamp is just delicious!
I coloured my Fergus in a traditional dragon green with the cupcake in pink and cream with a lovely shiny red cherry on top, which is just perfect for Colourcreate challenge
Pink, Green and Cream. Optional extra is Frosting!
The spotty background paper is also Wild Rose Studio.
I fancied adding some bunting along the top and it's a great way to use up some scraps.
I love the cuteness of it...so much fun!

This morning was very strange. My youngest has taken up the spot in the school choir vacated by eldest daughter.
So we were at the local church for Harvest Festival to watch her in her first performance. This time with my eldest sat with me watching.
So...another busy week ahead. Victorian day on Tuesday. I made my Florence Nightingale apron yesterday. Hope you have had a good weekend! Thanks for stopping by.
See you back here soon.xxxx

Catch a star...
Hiya....
I'm still doing the christmas cards...can't quite believe it! I think I have a total of 10 made now...including this one made using these cute Penny Black hedgies.
Just for a change I stamped on Kraft card and coloured with pencils.
I used lots of glitter around the edges.
The challenges are:
Penny Black Saturday Challenge...'Don't be Square'.
Ooh-la-la Creations...'No Florals'.
Papertake Weekly...to celebrate their 3rd Birthday you can use any challenge from the last 3 years so I chose 'Animal Magic' from a couple of weeks ago.
Hope you are all busy crafting. Thanks for popping by...xxx

Tilda with pink ribbon....
Good Afternoon....
I have spent the day doing the washing and some cardmaking! Still tackling the Christmas cards but I really wanted to use this gorgeous girl again...
Yes, it's Tilda baking some heart biscuits.
Just Magnolia Challenge Blog has an 'Anything Goes' theme and The Craft Garden Challenge for October is to use 'Pink Ribbon' to tie in with October being Breast cancer Awareness month. A very worthy Cause.
It's suddenly got very dark here...so I am packing away for tonight and going up to my living room to light the candles and draw the curtains and get ready to watch some Saturday Night TV with a take-away.
Hope you leave a comment and come back for some more cards soon...xxxxx
