Parisien Stroll...

Hello there!

Hope you are keeping your heads above the water level.
West Sussex is awash with lakes where fields used to be and my journey to work is very varied depending on flooded roads.

I'm keeping my spirits up by making some Spring and Wedding cards.

This beautiful stamp is one of the new releases from Wild Rose Studio and is called Parisien Stroll.
I coloured the image with Blending Chalks and promarkers

The papers are from a co-ordinating pack called
 Letters from Paris.
Lots of beautiful Vintage papers, Travel stamps, French script, Romantic roses and a few Eiffel Towers!

Some Challenges...

Creative Card Crew have a great recipe challenge this week...
1 Ribbon
              2 Designer papers
3 Pearls

Passion for Promarkers theme is Anything Goes

Thanks for popping by my little blog!
Hope you like my work and will leave me a comment and come back again soon!

French Firework Display...

Hi there!

I'm back here again to continue sharing my new cards of 2014 using the beautiful new range of wedding stamps from Wild Rose Studio.

This fantastic Paris firework scene was really a challenge as I wanted to bring a dusky evening feel to it and have the glow from the lights.

I used chalks to create the dark midnight blue sky...and then my Promarkers.
layered the image on Navy card and used the Olive Green French script paper from the matching
Wild Rose Studio paper pack
Letters from Paris!

Couldn't resist glitter and lots of mini stars and confetti to show the sparkly firework explosion!

Red hearts, organza Red ribbon bow and Red Rose Bouquet bring in the colour of love and passion!

I'm entering my card into the following challenges:

ABC Challenge...D is for Dazzle...
4 Crafty chicks... Wedding
Pile it on...Celebrations
Digi stamps for joy...Glitter and Sparkle

I hope that you like my new card!

Thanks for coming to visit my blog!
